An Altitude Paddleboards SUP Yoga class

The paddling’s still great – summer 2015 Altitude Paddleboards SUP classes have been extended through Sunday, September 20! So, in the spirit of there only being so many SUP-weather days left, here’s a refresher of our offerings. Whether you’re new to stand up paddleboarding or are an ol’ pro, we guarantee you can find something to suit your needs.

  • PaddleFit ($30/class): We offer two levels of our one-hour PaddleFit classes. If it’s your first time SUPing, try PaddleFit Basic – an introductory class focusing on SUP basics and safety. For more of a challenge, take your training goals to the water with PaddleFit SUP Fitness, where exercises in balance, endurance, strength and focus vary from week to week.
  • SUP Yoga ($30/class): Give your practice a new dimension by challenging it on the water. With the sun on your back and gorgeous views of the Grant Ranch Reservoir, believe us – this one-hour class is truly breathtaking.
  • River SUP ($90-$110/session): If you’re ready to up your SUP game, our two-hour River SUP classes are for you. Master the fundamentals of SUPing the river in Eddy Sessions, where you’ll learn paddling sequences, bracing, holding an edge, ferry angles, peel outs and eddy transitions. Then, take it up another notch in Intro to Downriver SUP, where you’ll practice the skills you learned in Eddy Sessions on Class I-II whitewater runs. Yeehaw!

All necessary equipment is provided at no additional charge and you will be taught only by certified paddle and yoga instructors. Classes fill up quickly, so remember to RSVP in advance. Simply click here to reserve – and we’ll see you out on the water!
